Policies
Returns, Repairs,
Exchanges, Warranties and Guarantees:
HamRadioFun.com has a "Satisfaction Guarantee"
policy. If you're not satisfied with your product, please return
it within ten days for an exchange, refund or credit. (Less shipping
and handling.) This policy does not apply to merchandise that has
been damaged by the customer or lost or damaged in return shipment.
ALL returns, whether for exchange, refund, credit or repair MUST
be properly packaged and insured.
HamRadioFun.com has a "Lifetime Repair or Replace"
warranty on many of its products. If any product fails under normal
use, HamRadioFun.com will repair or replace it FREE! Please enclose
$4.95 for return shipping & insurance on the product. Exceptions:
The "TRAVEL-TENNA" and the "SHORT-WAVE RADIO-TO-CASSETTE
ADAPTER" are warranted for one year. The "YO-YO-TENNA"
is warranted for ninety days. Books and tapes - exchanges only.
This warranty DOES NOT apply to products that have been abused,
tampered with, altered, modified or damaged by the customer due
to carelessness, accident or neglect.
NOTE: A lifetime warranty DOES NOT imply a lifetime money-back guarantee.
